If you wish to create your own personal theme which 'll include your picture.Make sure you rename whatever picture you want to use before uploading it,so as not to upload the wrong pictures.
You can choose from the variety of colours & then choose the interface that's more suitable to you.
N.B:-Make sure you know your screen resolution because you'll be asked to choose your screen size. click here to get started.
